Reflecting on 2023
Dear EI Community,
As the year draws to a close, we are proud and excited to celebrate 2 years of Everyone’s Invited as a UK-registered charity. We have rapidly transitioned from a grassroots campaign to a national movement and now, a registered charity, shifting our focus from exposing rape culture to taking action to eradicate it.
There have been so many highlights showcasing our impact over the past two years, pioneered by our team's hard work and dedication. Some of these include our partnership with the Broadway production of Prima Facie, starring Jodie Comer, the triggering of the landmark 2023 Women and Equalities Committee Report on 'Attitudes towards women and girls in educational settings' and the launch of the EI Education Programme, reaching 80 schools, almost 15,000 pupils and 6,300 staff across the UK to date.
As a new organisation, we are focused on establishing our foundations and ensuring EI’s long-term growth and impact. We are deeply grateful to our survivor community, the Aesop Foundation, Eilene Davidson and Oak Foundation, whose support has allowed us to professionalise and drive this exciting period of early organisational development.

Education
Our education programme has grown from strength this year and we are incredibly thankful to the schools that have contributed and committed to change this term.
Since September 2023 the education team has been working on multiple projects and has achieved the following:

We have run almost 100 sessions in 2.5 months, and are looking forward to more free CPD online sessions in the new year which you can sign up for here
Survivor Safe Space
It has been a great year for the EI Website team, we have been coming together regularly in person to process testimonies.
This has improved the amount of submissions we have managed to get through and created a sense of community amongst our volunteers. We are going to continue to expand our team in the new year so please get in touch if you would like to get involved - dania@everyonesinvited.uk.
A great big thank you to our amazing volunteers and to everyone who has been able to share their stories with us via our website. We could not maintain our online safe space without you.
Online Community
Under our refreshed identity, we are excited to roll out social media content to educate, heal and inspire. We welcome Phoebe, our new Head of Social Media, who will support our vision to inform our community about issues of rape culture.
